Good Evening Ladies,
My sincere hopes is that you are yours are enjoying the 2012 Holiday Season and all it has to offer!
The New Year is just weeks away, and most folks are enjoying every moment of the season
in anticipation of once again - reaching out to their hears desires in the New Year.
In just 9 short weeks February 9,2013 will have arrived, and it will mark
third year anniversary of
The Greater Area Womens Social Club!
When I founded this social Club in 2010, the goal was to, in my spare time, help cultivate
a warm and informal place where local women of all ages could come together
on a regular basis to find fun, comradery and friendships.
The club was truly buiilt on the old saying that alludes to one having to be in it - in order to win it!
Most of us have certainally "won it" by being in this club.
Friendships of all levels abound, and the depth of fun and mutual encouragement has been
very special indeed - like that of rmore gentle era gone by...
My decision to step down as the Organizer on
December 31, 2012
has been based on a very thoughtful on going process
spanning over the last year and a half. In summary, i just can't seem to
find the to participate as often as I would like to Due to a series of
both anticipated and unanticipated changes in my
personal life over the last two years - and on a daily basis.
I am unable to offer the club much direction, and when I do it is inconsistent
and not as well thought out as I would like it to be. Doing things half way has never felt right for me.
And so with that, the way Meetup works is that any Member can step up
and become the Organizer if they
are willing to pay the $19 per month fee.
If you are interested in becoming the
New Organizer of the Greater Brunswick Area Social Club,
do contact Meetup and they will walk you through!
Of course, feel free to contact me if I can afford you any additional information.
I thank you all for you interest and participation and I look forward to staying in touch!
Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!
