This group is for parents of ADHD/ADD children. People criticize us for having or NOT having our child on meds. They question our judgment and scrutinize our parenting skills. All we want is the best for our little ones. We battle with the school, the doctor and at times our own family members. And let's not forget having to deal with our special child at the same time...Fighting to find that quality time, deflecting meltdowns, and attempting to achieve a "normal" way of life.

“Hi Anna. Thanks for joining! I know we are starting out kind of slow, but I have not had much time to publicize. Been away some weekends trying to keep the kids engaged and busy. But I know there are many others who could benefiit from this sort of group so I plan on getting some signs up this weekend. Having an older child who has already been through a lot, I know you will have much to offer the group. Thanks again for joining and I look forward to enchanging info and experiences.”

“Hi, I have adult ADD and I also have 2 children with different forms of it as well. They are teenagers and have never been on medication. I am open to advice on how to work with them and to know I am not the only one dealing with these issues.”
