Ten minutes of Sound, followed by Ten minutes of Silence while observing the Breath...(repeated 3 times for 1 hour total). Great for relaxation, deep listening, healing, and beautiful music making. Loving-Kindness Chant/Meditation at the end.
First Meet Up is in St. Anne's Church, ...widely known for gorgeous acoustics, beautiful stained glass, and 'group of seven' paintings on the dome ceilings. A musical/meditative experience you won't want to miss! (IMPORTANT: Some circles are held at 84 Glendale Ave in High Park).
