Driving to The New Earth Temple?

Take the Lincoln Tunnel, go around the curve and take the exit for "Boulevard East." Make a Right. A mile or so up the road you will see the NYC skyline on your right, and The Regency (wherein the New Earth Temple is located) on your left!

You can even take the Ferry to The New Earth Temple if you like!
