For this iteration of Metro Friday, I am excite to announce special guest speakers Christina Seong and Valentina Ferrari. Christina and Valentina are professional designers from Blink Interactive. Design is a massive consideration for any Windows 8 application, and Microsoft's design principles are clear and accommodating, but they'll need some back story and some descriptions and that's what the gals from Blink Interactive are here to help us with.

Here's a bit more about Christina and Valentina and where they work...

Christina Seong - Christina is currently a graduate student at the University of Washington in Human Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) and an Interaction Design Intern at Blink Interactive. She considers herself an artist, designer and craft enthusiast and hopes to utilize her love of art and creativity to develop innovative solutions to make users' experiences the best. Valentina Ferrari - Valentina is a user experience designer based in Seattle. She is currently working at Blink Interactive as an interaction design intern focusing on Windows 8. She is also pursuing an evening MS degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. She is originally from Milan, Italy, and has been living in Seattle for 6 years. Parking Information

Park in the West Parking Garage and enter the mall there - that's the garage west of Nordstrom across from QFC on NE 8th St. You can find more parking info here (http://bellevuecollection.com/images_cms/Directions_&_Parking.pdf).

If you park in the West Garage, you should enter the mall on the ground level. Red Mango will be immediately on your right, and you'll see the Microsoft Store directly ahead.
