SwiftKey started in 2008 as a machine-learning-based SDK for OEMs and is now 150 people in London focused on end-users. In the last year I've entirely redesigned the way SwiftKey does product management, and we've since made more released in the last 4 months than we did in the last 4 years (also huge kudos to the engineering team).
