Hi All. We need a two to four photographers to cover "Diplomacy Day" in San Diego. This is an event where we will have one stationary photographer shooting guests dressed up in provided costumes and one or two photographers roaming the party taking candids. The photos will be delivered via disk and will be hosted on the client's website or Facebook page.
According to the client, there will be at least 60 people there, many will be international guests. Indoor and outdoor party atmosphere. Probably some sort of presentation.
Feel free to pass out your own business cards at this event. If we confirm our photographers before hand, the host will call you out for recognition in front of everyone to promote your business. Photos will be credited to you in the online gallery.
