The Sketchbook Artistry Guild is a fast growing artist community designed to encourage members to develop their artistic skills and learning through the arts. We exchange ideas, share information, demonstrate techniques and materials and support each other in our artistic endeavors.

Creative people from all art disciplines are always welcomed. Our group members include emerging artists to professional artists working in a variety of media.

Our main focus is on drawing and creating illustrated journals/sketchbooks in order to explore and develop our perceptual and kinesthetic abilities, the very nature of observation.

The artists of this guild use the sketchbook as a tool to collect ideas and to form them into more complete artistic expressions, many as finished master-level pieces of art.

The Guild is not limited to only sketchbook artistry. We offer sponsorship of gallery exhibits, artist lecture series, museum, gallery, studio tours, workshops including frequent still life series, and en plein air paint-outs, as well as critiques and demonstrations of artist tools and techniques.

Members are regularly notified of artist opportunities around the Tucson community and beyond.

Henry

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
