Singles Spring To Summer Weight Loss Group!

We are only as strong as those we surround ourselves with and grow to be.
We all know how important health and fitness can be to feeling confident in dating, our careers and our energy to do and be the best in our life. Unfortunately with as busy as life can be we can get behind on our work outs, our planning of meals and caring for ourselves.
For many of us it is impossible to be successful in fitness by doing it all alone. I know I have struggled with my weight since I was eight years old. Statistics say you have a 95% success of following a plan and accomplishing your goals if you have a partner to support you and keep you accountable.
Well most of us are the opposite of that statistics we are 95% failing weekly in our ability to stay consistent with our work outs and meal planning. The only 5% success we have is that we have thoughts of changing but need the support to keep us consistent.
This group is designed specifically for you and we will meeting two-three times per week. That is 8-12 workout sessions a month with support, encouragement and most of all accountability to lose 1-10 pounds and gain more energy, confidence and creating the process of healthy living daily.
This group is for beginners to experts... it is about you just showing up and having the support to see results in your health.
We are here for you and here for each other.
