Drama therapy combines theater and psychotherapy to help people move out of rigid roles, express emotions, and discover more satisfying ways of relating to loved ones. At our drama therapy workshops, we'll use drama techniques to explore topics such as:

About the Facilitator: Jessica Engle, MFT has used drama therapy to help hundreds build satisfying relationships and happier lives. She is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy.
