Why did I start this group?

I started this board because I am a true APBT enthusiast. I have been in love with the breed since I bought my first pup over 10 years ago. I take my dogs everywhere and I notice the fear that people have for these wonderful animals due to ignorance or misrepresentation. I am a breeder and I want to inform owners on how to represent their dogs correctly as well as teaching them how to be responsible owners.

The group's purpose

This group will thrive to educate both APBT/Bully owners and non-owners about the breed. We will do charity events and donate to help fight against BSL. We will better the image of our greatly loved breed and show the population how wonderful our dogs can be. I also intend to popularize the larger breed of the American Pit Bull Terrier here in Houston, Texas. We will hold free training classes that teaches owners the principles of basic training. We will change the misconception of The American Pit Bull Terrier by leading and setting examples.

Who should join?
Animal Lovers, American Pit Bull Lovers, Large Breed Owners any and everyone who wants to learn or help teach others how to be responsible owners. We do not allow Dog aggressive people or people aggressive dogs in this group. We are here to show people how great our beloved breed is and and to educate the population about them. So if you are a dog loving person we want you to JOIN our group and help us make a change.

We do not exclude breeders as long as their main goal is to educate and progress the breed not JUST a place to sell pups.
