Here's our official description:

"Think Globally...Eat Locally!" is for anyone interested in sampling some of the international food available here in Paris. The restaurants suggested have all been recommended by our reliable members, and span the globe (e.g., Italy, Japan, North Africa, India, North America, and even French!). In addition, we have North American themed private dinners [Glass Jar Dinners].

Please note that each event will have a waiting list, and it's not "first-come first-served."

Instead I select guests from the waiting list, so that we have the perfect mix of regulars and new members.

REVIEWS for the private Glass Jar Dinners:

Molly says: "Events at Shelley's are always a pleasure, and brunch was no exception. She exhibits the hospitality of an old-world hostess, showing personal attention to each guest to ensure their enjoyment.  Events are reminiscent of 18th-century salons, and guests enjoy delightful conversation with a multinational group that spans the globe."

Donna says: "Shelley is a terrific hostess and knows how to mix people and keep the conversation rolling. In addition to an excellent dinner, it was a fun evening, meeting new people and I look forward to more evenings of this type."

Richard says: "As usual, the meal was outstanding, accompanied by a lively and compatible group of diners."

Anna says: "I regularly attend these dinners. The personal attention to the food, and the homey setting make them something I always look forward to!"

Melanie writes: "Great hosts, nice people, good food. Thanks for all the effort."

Valerie says: "Great food and good company! I especially liked the option to buy some of the goodies to take home"

Thanks,
Shelley :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
