Gluten Free Baking Made Easy by Jeff Larsen
There is a lot of gluten free junk food out there. It has always been my mission for people to eat healthfully. That is why I develop my own recipes and my own all-purpose flour mixes. I am also discovering a real need for a basic class where even the novice baker can eat well and bake well at home. I have not been happy with most of the all-purpose gluten free mixes that are on the market. However, there is one that stands out for me and that is Pamela's Bread Mix and Flour Blend. In this class, I will teach you how to add additional whole grain flour and still get really great results. Fortifying the mix also reduces the amount of sodium and sugar. It is a win win situation. The best part is that Pamela's online recipe file is so great that you will be able to bake anything you would ever want. We will cover how to fortify Pamela's mix and how to add additional xanthan gum. You can then use the mix as directed on the back of the package and also use the extensive online recipe file.
With this mix, you can make you own bread, pizza, hamburger buns, pie crust and cinnamon buns. That is just the beginning. This class is all you need to get started on converting the whole family. This mix is so good that even the non-gluten free will be able to make the shift happily and easily. I created this one for all the busy mom's and dad's out there.
This particular class is taught without wheat, dairy, corn, soy and nuts. We will use eggs.
