In September we release our public API, UIKit and SDK for third-party developers to build applications for the Tictail App Store.
To celebrate this historical moment, we at Tictail will be hosting our first ever Appathon (but definitely not our last). We'll start off with a few presentations showing you how incredibly easy it is to build beautiful, native, applications for the Tictail platform. Then we will hack those creative ideas into amazing applications which - at the end of the day - will be made available to more than 20.000 stores across 120+ countries. For free or for a fixed/recurring cost - your choice.
Of course all Tictail engineers and designers will be there, throughout the appathon, ready to answer any questions that you might have. As well as hacking on ideas of their own. It's going to be a lot of fun!
When we are done we're going to have quick demonstrations of each application. But before we release them to the world, the team with the best app will be rewarded with a WEEKEND IN BERLIN (flight and accommodation covered)!!
Beer, soda, food, snacks and all things needed for a successful appathon will be made available in abundance.
