Some cool things worth a mention since last time:
• Serde 0.7 (https://erickt.github.io/blog/2016/02/26/serde-0-dot-7/) (via This Week in Rust 120 (https://this-week-in-rust.org/blog/2016/02/29/this-week-in-rust-120/)) is big news for Web-related activities. It makes dealing with user-provided JSON much easier, as unknown fields are now ignored by default. Before it wasn't possible without creating your own Deserializer.
• rust-everywhere (https://github.com/japaric/rust-everywhere) (via This Week in Rust 120 (https://this-week-in-rust.org/blog/2016/02/29/this-week-in-rust-120/)) allows CI cross-compiled release binaries for crates. Pretty cool for developer tools, but serves as a great example of how to do CI with Rust, too.
• Post a comment below if you'd be interested in a short presentation about Rust on ARM next time.
Depending on the final venue there may be a small assortment of snacks and drinks, provided by me. While the event is free, it would be much appreciated if you could stop by at a convenience store on your way and bring just one or two drinks for yourself & to share.
追伸:言語は特に決まっていないです。日本語・英語・宇宙人語、なんでも大丈夫です。必要なのはRust言語に興味がある方々ですね!これだけでなんとか通じますね!
