What is this: Collaborative Think Tank and Hike
Where is this? We'll meet in Topanga at a hybrid-house - our moderate hike will be a short walk to Topanga State Park from the house.
What's the schedule like? So glad you asked!
• Noon arrival (eat lunch before coming)
• Take a tour of the hybrid house
• Warm up exercises/team building
• Bottle brick demo
• Hike to location in Topanga State Park for roundtable discussion and open source think tank. We'll talk about Earthship technology, how it can be applied in urban settlings, resources for autonomy, tiny homes and simple living. We feel a call back to the earth, you may as well. Perhaps that is what brought you here.
What to bring:
water bottle/camelback
Comfortable shoes
Sun hat and lotion
Snack food to bring on trail.

We'll meetup at a house in Topanga that has been optimized with ferro-cement water tank, bottle brick walls, and gardens. With a tour of the property, we'll discuss conscious living and give resources to earthen building, free material, and a change of thought, as we meander into Topanga State Park.
