Actors Writers & Filmmakers

If you are interested in making or learning about making films then this is the group for you! Whether you are an actor, writer, director, producer (or want to be), or are interested in the technical or design aspects of film making, you will get a chance to hone your craft or simply learn about it by joining our group. Our current membership ranges from amateur to professional and we believe the best way to learn about making movies is to actually make them!  If you've never done anything in film before but are curious to learn, we want you.  If you have been in the industry for years and want to work with a great group of people on some fun projects, we want you too. 

Everyone is welcome to join and check out our page, pictures, discussions and attend meetings to see if this is the group for you. Then, if you decide you want to jump in and make movies with us, you need to become a Member in Good Standing (MIGS). This will allow you access to submit scripts for development and production, to participate in production, and to pitch your own projects to the group. To become a MIGS you are required to pay a one-time nonrefundable flat fee of $15 that goes toward group costs.  Don't panic!  You do not have to pay this fee right away if you are just checking us out and want to wait a while before participating.  However, the end goal is that we want people who will participate, work together collaboratively, and bring a positive attitude to the group.
