This group is for Australian Shepherd lovers and their Aussies to get together and share some Aussie fun! Bring your wiggle-butt and have a good time! :-)

Aussie owners know that these energetic dogs love to run, play, and keep busy! What better way to meet the needs of your Aussie than with some like-minded people? 

Once a month FREE meetups will cover a wide range of Aussie-friendly activities, including urban hiking along local Toronto nature trails, meeting for playdates at fenced in off leash dog parks as well as free Agility and Rally-Obedience at Pawsway (no previous experience required) and a beginner herding lesson in Niagara. Possibly attending local doggie events such as Woofstock and the annual ASCA Australian Shepherd conformation/agility/herding event in Niagara will round out the calendar.

To participate in our meetups, your Aussie must be friendly and social with other dogs and people, both on and off leash, as this is a very social group.  Unfortunately, aggressive dogs will be asked to leave...this is for the safety of the other dogs and people in the group, thanks for your understanding! 

While this group is intended for Australian Shepherds, some other herding breeds such as Australian Cattle Dogs or Heelers, Aussie mixes, Collies, or Border Collies may also join.  Sorry, only Aussies and these exceptions at the meetups please, thanks!!
