Pâte de gibier Pheasant, duck and chicken pâté with pistachios

Beef Medallion tenderloin with wild French forests mushrooms, Bougogne Pinot Noir wine sauce

Baked Mediterranean Sea bass or Atlantic salmon with two black tiger shrimp in a Spanish saffron cream sauce

Roasted Chicken breast with Normandy calvados sauce

Pasta with olive oil and vegetables (vegetarian)

I enjoyed our meeting very much. First, I met people who I hope will be my friends now. I did not know anybody but my feelings were as I knew everybody before. We were disscussing very interesting topics and at the same time introducing ourselves. The restaurant we chose is very cosy, food is delicious, and service is excelent! I hope the pictures we made will prove it. Thank you Soraya for organizing us. Elena.
