Welcome to the Toronto Integral Life Practice Group!  In this group we'll explore the different aspects of an Integral Life Practice and discuss our experiences with our own ILP and help each other move forward in embodying and expressing the Integral vision and consciousness in our lives. 

Although it's not necessary to be following the "Integral Life Practice" book or the ILP kit, this group will be mostly based on these 2 sources as the framework for what an ILP looks like as well as online videos and audios from the integral community.  My goal is to have a small group of people that are plugged into the integral community while integrating the new insights from the cutting edge of the integral movement into their cognitive framework and practice. The group will be experiential as well as theoretical.
