Update: Unfortunately one of our speaker's has taken ill and we're going to be down a talk this month. Still two talks!

I know what you're thinking. I said triple header and listed two things. This actually means that there are two AngularJS talks. It's going to be a busy one! We have three talks from four people planned this month:

[CANCELED] Matt Phillips & Justin Pacheco: An introduction to AngularJS - a toolkit for extending HTML for dynamic applications.

Stuart Watt: AngularJS Directives - A look at some of the directives in AngularJS, and at how to write your own directives - that's where the fun starts and what makes AngularJS such a great framework compared to the "classical" template based ones.

Dave Doyle: Returning to Perl & Modern Perl - After a two year absence, what is it like returning to Perl? What are the accepted standards in Perl now as represented by the Modern Perl movement?

Unlike previous meetings, we're trying out a new venue as it looks like our old venue will be lost to us later this year.
