Doubleheader: Contributions & CPANday

It's time for another meeting.

Matt Phillips: My Contributions -- Matt will be talking about modules he's contributed to CPAN and what problems they solved. This is also a chance to wish Matt bon voyage as he departs for NYC at the end of the month.

Dave Doyle: CPANday -- I'll give a little rundown on CPANday, which was August 16th. What was it? Why did it happen? What happened?

Next month is September so it's time for our lightning talks. This tradition in the Perl Community is something we look forward to and is often our best attended meet of the year. Any and all are welcome to give a 5 minute talk (which is usually timed and restricted but you can run over a little). Great practice if you ever want to do one at YAPC. Doesn't have to be Perl, just of interest to us tech folk.

Please flag me down as I will be soliciting heavily for people to speak. You don't have to know your topic right this second but it's a great way to get stuff in front of other people.
