Toronto TrailBladers is an inline skating fitness club consisting of adults (age 21+) who want to keep fit, enjoy the outdoors, have fun and meet new friends. We meet at various trails throughout Toronto and the province for afternoon and evening skates all summer long. We stress fitness, but we are not a racing club.  Rolls will be held twice a week  from May 21st to the end of September, including long weekends - every Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoon. Our group is a safe, friendly environment to enjoy fitness, make new friends and socialize afterward. We encourage you to wear guards and appropriate safety equipment when skating. There are many members who are not part of Meetup so there are usually more skaters than the RSVP's indicate.

We will need you to sign a waiver before your first skate with us.

I strongly recommend that you master some basic skills before coming out with us - you should be able to stop and be comfortable crossing roads. If you are interested in lessons, please see the "Links" page on the website for recommendations.

When we have rain at the time and location of one of our rolls, we usually cancel the event, as it is both unsafe to skate in the rain, and the water is harmful to inline skate bearings. Check the website (www.torontotrailbladers.com) or  Twitter @torontotrlbldr for an update if you are unsure. If it rains during a skate, we will head to the Apres-skate location.

There is an annual $10 joining fee to help cover our Meetup costs.

We look forward to seeing you on our next roll!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
