Please note that this is just an informal gathering where like-minded individuals can explore Toronto in an informal manner, and have friendly conversations. This is just an opportunity to meet youtubers you may know and meet some you do not, and have some fun in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Similar events have been held in the UK and US, and have been quite successful.
Need to finalize with Christine, but tentatively this is the schedule I'd recommend (leaving out meals for the time being): Christine- hey we are meeting in the hotel bar if not there try lobby by 6pm. Call me at 416-333-2176 on that day if you are lost or late.
Friday would be social, and it's also social night at the Royal Ontario Museum, so I think that would be a good fit. Christine- we will feel out the group and eat near to the main hotel on Friday night.
Saturday would be downtown stuff we can do downtown -- Art Gallery of Ontario, CN Tower, probably the centre islands (not necessarily in that order). Some people may want to set aside some time on this day to pay this gentleman a (and I STRESS this) POLITE visit, since it's on the way:

Sunday would be the "day trip" stuff -- either the zoo, wonderland, or the science centre (they're further from the core). Toronto's a bit of a sprawl, so the interesting stuff is really spread out.
