Drive to Niagara, see the falls and tour some wineries!

Third time's the charm!!!
With the nice weather on the way, I'd love to do another tour of some Niagara Wineries. It was a fantastic ride last summer, and I did it again in October.

Length: 60+ km with 5-8 winery stops & 1.5-2 hour drive each way.
Speed: 15-20 km
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Surface: Roads & Asphalt trails
Terrain: Mostly flat around Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hills from Queenston Heights to and from Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Meeting time 8:15 am in front of the Ricoh Coliseum.
I can take 3 passengers with bikes. When you RSVP, please comment on wether or not you're driving (+how many you could take) or if you need a ride) Passengers should contribute $12-15 or so each to the driver to defray gas.
Here's my proposed route - Park at the Floral Clock and cycle up to Table Rock to see the falls, and then backtrack and go to NotL. (ignore the sir adam beck start point, it's right beside the clock)

I've been to most of the wineries on the route, and added a few that I'd like to check out. As we're going along, we can always make an unscheduled stop or three at other wineries on the route.
We can stop in Niagara-on-the-lake for an early-ish lunch, as eating at the wineries can be extremely expensive.
Dinner, Zooma Zooma Cafe in Jordan Station, Time Permitting.
