- Break(s): We will take a 15-20 min break once we reach the mid-point location before riding back

I like the trail but you need a mountain bike or hybrid to get through some of the rough patches.

A fantastic ride with skilled cyclists.
...and I think we beat the sun to the finish line, J-Y.

This was awesome. Really enjoyed the pace, please do it again next week. Also JY you mentioned an nighttime ride, would totally love that.
Only downer of the night was when I left for my 40min commute home. About 5mins into the ride I noticed my bike didn't sound so good, turns out one of the links in the chain was half broken. I took it slow and got home safely after and hour....

I should have called this ride 'Race against the sun along the DVP', I pushed the start time to 7 PM to allow enough time for people to get to the event but we will have to leave at 7 PM sharp because the son will not wait for us. Please be on time.

Update: Sunset is planned for 8:50 in TO; You should bring a headlight for this trip as we may still be on our way back around that time, depending on the pace.

I'd love to do this ride, but I'm committed to something else. There's too much fun stuff to do, not enough time to do it all. Have a good ride.

Thanks J-Y. I have done this trail before, and the Edwards Garden section is a little too bumpy for my road bike.

As much as I'd love to do this ride, getting to the starting spot from the office in time would take too long, especially getting there for 7.
