Details

This ride is not for the faint of heart, but a great way to get some interval training in mid-week while enjoying the fresh outdoor air and scenery of High Park. We'll cycle up and down the steep side streets around High Park in a short but intense 11km loop. http://files.meetup.com/1476202/highparkclimbingloop_r2.pdf

This ride is compatible with all types of bikes however there is a short hard packed dirt section of the trail (which skinny road tires easily traverse).

This ride features lots of climbing and is lots of fun, so join us! Optional stop for food and/or beer after the ride. : )

Following the climbing ride we will also be adding an optional run to Port Credit and back. For this latter half of the ride, I'm expecting we'll keep 25-30km/h all the way.
