The Toronto Business Internship Meetup is designed to orient people to the Business Internship structure offered by Integral Legacy Group. The orientation is 3 hours in length and is held monthly at the ING Direct Café at 221 Yonge Street in Toronto, Canada.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
The Business Internship at Integral Legacy Group is a robust training & development structure for young people aged 16 to 35 . Whether you are in high-school, in college/university or out working a job, you will be trained in new skills designed to enhance your understanding of the
world you live in. Naturally, this includes business, but is not strictly limited to business.
THE PURPOSE OF THE TORONTO BUSINESS INTERNSHIP
The purpose of the internship is to initiate the development of compassionate business people that can provide what is needed and wanted for people in businesses, organizations, groups and communities they belong to.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
If you are interested in learning how to produce results, how business really works and how to be a sought after human being wherever you go this internship is for you.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
The essentials of marketing, sales, research & development and management. You will also be required to read books, watch documentaries & movies, listen to audio and attend events.
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE?
To get the most value out of your participation people must, at a minimum, attend our weekly 2 hour conference calls, and monthly in-person 3-4 hour training meetings.
What you get out of the internship is purely based on the level of your participation. The more you participate the more value you will get.
All our interns are encouraged to attend the monthly Toronto Business Leaders Meetup events, where we feature business leaders covering diverse topics such as executive development, taxation, gold & silver and real estate investment.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR US?
As we are training people to participate in the on-going development of our organization, we are looking for those people who can become our coaches, consultants, staff, executives, managers, and future business associates/affiliates (that build their own businesses).
In this process, we must ensure that our people have a direct real-life experience and skill-set in what it takes to design, support and maintain a growing business. While theory has its place, real-life experience is invaluable in business.
A LITTLE ABOUT US...
While we love results we are not a result-at-any-cost type of company. We believe that it is essential that our people understand our culture and methodology first. We are not interested in people that are simply looking for “employment” at our company. There are plenty of those in the marketplace. Besides, even if you were to eventually to be “employed” at Integral Legacy Group you would never be working for us – you would be working with us – in partnership.
