Learn the postures and mind techniques that activate your Chi (life-energy), a skill inherited from authentic masters in ancient China. Chi is the core of many practices in the past, such as healing, traditional medicine, and martial arts. The ability to harness Chi is natural to all humans and can be picked up by anyone for lifelong use.
Body-Renewing Chigong (Yang Shen Gong) utilizes knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and renews the entire body with Chi. It activates real Chi you can physically feel – often within the first lesson.
Note: You would be standing and doing relaxing movements for two hours in each session.
All contents covered:
· Natural standing posture
· Stilling the mind
· Merging consciousness with the environment
· Primary organs relaxation
· Loosening the 3 cavities
· Clearing away negative Chi
· Drawing Chi from Heaven and Earth (above and below you)
· Reverse VS. Natural breathing
· Charging the 12 meridian lines
· Chi replenishment (simplified and standard)
