Throughout the cocktails and 3-course meal, participants will have the opportunity to meet other young professionals and engage with renowned CEOs and Executives. Each table the guests sit at will be a new experience and an exclusive opportunity to interact with professional mentors, trendsetters, and industry leaders.
A key feature of this event is being able to offer participants the means to not only network amongst peers but to interact with top Canadian CEOs, Executives, Philanthropists, and Celebrities that they otherwise would not have the chance to meet. ICRF intends to provide a lucrative opportunity for young professionals to learn from their mentors and gain access to professionals in their fields.
ICRF Next Generation
ICRF acknowledges the importance of targeting and empowering Young Professionals in order to ensure the continual growth of the organization and the ongoing search for a cure for cancer. The ICRF Next Generation Committee and the events they produce are based on the understanding that the capacity of this demographic to organize, support and fund ICRF’s noble cause is limitless. Engagement by the younger generation now will result in greater awareness and interest in giving back later.
ICRF Next Generation will strive to foster generosity, community involvement and shared experiences in order to reach its fundraising goal of $30,000 annually- the cost of one grant for one scientist. ICRF bases its fundraising on the idea that every single person has the infinite potential to make a change. The Next Generation is ICRF’s initiative to guarantee that this message permeates the minds of young professionals and inspires them to make a difference as well.
