Would you like to connect with your child in a way that is as
calming and meaningful for you as it is fun and engaging for him or her?
If you love one-on-one time with your toddler, and are also ready to get out and connect with other moms who share green parenting values, it’s time to check out Tot-Mama Yoga. Our meetup group is growing fast and was recently featured in the Star Tribune.
Your toddler is growing and changing so quickly, you don’t want to miss a single moment of their development. Tot-Mama Yoga will help you learn to be fully present in each moment with your child , so that you can share in the wonder of discovery that your toddler is experiencing.
Whether your toddler is high energy, active, hesitant or shy, Tot-Mama Yoga is a perfect place for your child to find balance. Nothing is required of your child, or you, simply show up as you are, and let the natural curiosity of your toddler unfold, while you relax into the wonder of the moment.
Going beyond what other playgroups and classes offer, Tot-Mama Yoga is a welcoming community where you can relax and recharge yourself, at the same time that your child gets ample opportunities to explore movement and social skills.
AND, instead of being another thing to check off on your to-do list, Tot-Mama Yoga will actually give you time to relax and recharge yourself! As you know, you’re able to be the best mom possible when you are feeling rested, energized and fulfilled.
Tot-Mama Yoga gives you and your child:
· Yoga and breathing exercises to explore together.
· Time to connect with your child in the moment.
· Quiet time for moms while children eat an organic snack.
· Social skill-building for children with peers.
