Welcome Tri-Cities Parents!

Welcome! “Tots on the Fox” is a great group of down-to-earth parents and their children. We offer a non-competitive, open-minded atmosphere and welcome parents from all walks of life. We are always looking for good people to join us for fun, friendship and great conversation. Tired of the "keeping-up-with-the-Joneses" mentality? Then we're the group for you!

Interested in learning more about our event schedule? Read on! We hold a variety of events including breakfast, lunch and coffee events, in-home play dates, mom's nights, and outings to local nature centers, children's museums, libraries, malls, and more! Nearly all of our events are scheduled between 10:00-10:30am, but we do try to squeeze in a couple around 12:30-1:00pm each month. In the past, members who are unable to attend the morning event time usually find it difficult to keep up with our participation policy. In addition, most of our events take place within the Tri-Cities area. If you live more then 10 minutes from Geneva, then you may find it too much of a hassle to attend events. Finally, the children in the group are generally between 0-4 years of age with most of them between 18 months and 3.5 years. If you are the parent to an infant, don’t be shy about requesting membership. Everyone needs a little time with grown-ups!

When requesting membership, please be sure to have a photo posted so we can recognize you at your first event :)

Please be sure to consider a few additional points before requesting membership:

1. Read our "Group Policies" under the "About" link. It's important to make sure members understand our policies. We have them to ensure safety and fun in the group!
2. Make sure you can attend AT LEAST 2 events each month. This is an active mom's group, not just an online forum. Be prepared to be active :) If your schedule is too full to accommodate our participation requirement, then please be considerate and postpone requesting membership until you have the time to participate.
3. Attend ONE event within your first two weeks. Please be advised that there are no exceptions to this policy. Since this is an online community, we need to know our members. If you are going on vacation or are not yet residing in the area, then please wait to join until you're ready to jump in.
3. Please pay membership dues within your first month of membership. Definitely feel free to attend one or two events before paying, but please pay your fair share on time.
