This is a free pick-up group for men and women interested in playing one of the fastest, safest and greatest games on earth.

It's open to people of all levels - to experienced touch players, to veteran 15s and 7s players, and to complete beginners.

If you play on a 15s team, this would be a great opportunity to get some extra practice in and to get fitter. And it's one of the best formats for practicing 7s.

And if you're completely new to the game, come on out and give it a try. It's dead easy to learn and is safe as houses. It's touch, not tackle. There's no kicking. There's no scrambling about on the ground for a loose ball (a ball to ground is a dead ball and a re-start) and so you're not going to knock heads with someone else.

The format of these pick-up games will follow the Federation of International Touch (FIT) rules. Please Google these rules or ask me about them if you're not already familiar with the game.
