The groups purpose is to meet up for trail running. Join if you are comfortable on the trails and if you can run at least for 50 min without stopping. The trail is an equalizer for speed, so don't worry too much about speed.

We may also sometimes post beginner runs, but will clearly identify the no drop runs. You are welcome to post a run and invite others. We want this group to remain as open as we can so that everyone can find running buddies in their area to go and hit the trails. Please join us!
