The day couldn't have been better. It was Picnic Perfection! I heard Martha Stewart is mad at Mike for setting the bar so high. Thanks Big Guy!

If anybody is interested, here is the recipe for the salad I brought:

    Spinach & Strawberry Salad

2 bunches spinach - torn into bite size pieces
    4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup vegetable oil or grapeseed oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
    1/4-1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp paprika
    2 tblsp sesame seeds
    1 tblsp poppy seeds
Whisk together all ingredients except spinach and strawberries.
    Refrigerate dressing to chill.
Pour dressing over spinach and strawberries. Toss to coat and serve.
