What is kind of class is Ninja Regeneration?

A gentle moving meditation based on Taoist and Tantric principles.  It is a powerful body-mind practice that helps you channel your life force for healing and transformation.    It will boost your immune system, and increase your ability to calm and focus your bodymind.

What is a Fitness Ninja anyway?

• Anyone who wants to master their body, mind, and life through holistic exercise.

• Anyone one who is more concerned with being awesome than just looking awesome.

• The best version of yourself. Your very own personal super hero. Who you were born to be.

• Your Inner Ninja- the part of you that is always balanced, graceful, humble, and at peace.

• A peaceful warrior- anyone who realizes that the ultimate opponents in life come from within, as do the resource to overcome those opponents.

• Anyone interested in having fun and playing games while using all their sense's, imagination, and body-mind-spirit.


What should I expect to experience?

• expect a safe, quiet environment with other like minded people.

• expect to be guided in breath work, visualization, and gentle movements.

• expect to learn a little behind the science of how to boost your immune system with Qigong.

• expect the unexpected. Ninja boobies. Huzzah!


What if I have an injury? What if I am out of shape?

All fitness ninja levels are welcome!  We are all wounded in one way or another!  Most of the time, you can work around your injury safely if you are humble and present.  Please email me at [masked] if you have a major injury, question, or concern.

What should I wear for the Ninja Regeneration class?

Your Sunday best!  That is, if you go to a Ninja church.  But seriously, any comfortable clothing that allows your body to move.  This class is more of a gentle movement meditation than a workout, although you may be surprised how it warms you up.  Workout clothes are fine. Or not.  Silk helps conduct your bodies electromagnetic energy! (And synthetics block it from flowing.) So there's that too :-)

    Wow! What an incredible experience! Jonathan was a welcoming host and his playroom was a wonderful environment for the breathwork and meditation we did. This was my second experience with Qi Gong and I experienced such in-the-moment presence from Jonathan's leadership. I will be looking into studying more with Jonathan and I would definitely recommend taking a class from him. Great connection!
