I have been running a training company for over 4 years now. Finding a genuine trainer is a pain. I conduct a "Train-The-Trainer" program once every year to ensure that there is always a team of trainers available for my company's needs.

I decided to start this group to network with trainers and also with individuals who aspire to become trainers.

The purpose of this group is to meet up on a regular basis to discuss, share and exchange our knowledge, skills and abilities and work towards fulfillment of mutual goals.

You should join this group if
a. You are a trainer who is interested in upgrading your skills and sharing your experiences with other experienced / budding trainers (if we resonate well, this could materialize into a professional engagement on a freelance basis, to start with!)

b. You are an individual interested in transforming yourself into a trainer and make training as your hobby / part-time / full-time career

For those without any experience of training, here's a couple of essential criteria for being let into the group:

a. You should be fluent in English
b. You should be a keen observer
c. You should have a genuine interest in helping people mould their future
d. You should have a real passion for training
e. You should be willing to spend at least 3 hours each week (usually on a weekend) for the offline meet-ups and utilize the opportunity to learn
