A special opportunity to explore imprints from early family life and birth, and how these imprints may be impacting your relationships, livelihood, and happiness. Many of us have underlying limiting beliefs created from early experiences, such as “It's not safe to be here, I'm not supported, Life is a struggle, I’m not good enough, People hurt me, I'm all alone, I can't make it.” Using the power of Clarity Breathwork, movement, Light Body meditations, and – for the first time in a Part 1 - Painting Experience, uncover the truth about these old wounds and shift the energy to align with your deeper self.

Painting Experience explores and shifts the unconscious through intuitive spontaneous creative expression. This approach is not geared towards artists, but taps into the ability of each of us as humans to express ourselves from a level of intuition.
Level 1 explores pre & peri-natal psychology and the impact of birth, childhood traumas & negative core beliefs. This weekend-long workshop sets a safe space to go deeply within for personal healing, and also qualifies as a Part 1 of the Clarity Breathwork Training Program.
Location: private retreat center in Sebastopol
Cost: $350 early (by 5/31/12) $380 after. Includes 6 delicious local & organic meals, starting with dinner on Friday.

Ashanna is a Certified Clarity Breathwork™ Practitioner and Trainer facilitating workshops in the U.S. and internationally, for personal transformation and training practitioners in the healing arts. Mardi is a Certified Clarity Breathwork™ Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and a professional Artist. She is a Light Body and International Academy of Consciousness graduate, and does Projective Dreamwork.
