Wellness is a balance with Nature. Transformative self healing and making friends with Nature is what this healing group is all about.

This group offers some very profound methods,one being Transformative Self Healing, a receptive approach rather than a directive one. It is the difference from having someone allow another to heal through there own inner process, then having someone drumming it in from and external source. It is well known that visualizations are very powereful to harness the power of the mind to heal and manifest our dreams true when aligned with integrety.

There will be guest speakers as well from time to time. It is also is a safe place to begin building comraderie and a sense of community.

Relationships are important to us all. No one need go it alone, we deserve to have healthy loving relationships.
