How Do You Know You are Grounded?

This will be an informal discussion group and a chance for us to get together, introduce ourselves and make new friends in a relaxing environment.

We will share experiences and meditation techniques all on the theme of Grounding...

Covering:-

What is Grounding?

When do you need to consciously Ground?

How can you Ground yourself?

In what circumstances may this prove challenging and what can help?

How can you use Nature to Help Ground yourself?

How can you use Your Body to Ground yourself?

Please note as I give up Peak weekend working times with my therapy clients to offer this meetup at Kingston Natural health Centre and pay the centre in advance for the space, I will need a MINIMUM of 5 people to run this paying a minimal fee to go towards part of the costs of Room Space Hire.

So it would help me and I ask you sign up soon to make this happen!

Refreshments and Cushions will be provided. We will sit on chairs so no problems with bad backs or discomfort!
