Traditional Open Circle

Dear fellow traveller in spirit,

Travellers in Spirit, Light, Laughter and Love were one of the first groups on meetup.com in the UK. They have provided a genuinely loving space for good folk like yourselves to meet and enjoy each other’s company and interests, but to also enrich each and lift up the collective spirt of us all.

I’d like to continue in the tradition set by the founder members, and restart events with a peaceful loving and growth promoting evening to suit all individuals and levels of experience with a traditional open circle.

What does it take to participate in a spiritual circle of this type?

Simply positive loving intent to connect with one’s own spirit (of course we are always connected) and sit in that beautiful awareness or companionship.

If you can do that, then its no more than a gently shift in awareness to consciously be at one with great spirit or source etc.

Traditional spiritualist mediums often describe this as ‘sitting in the power of spirit’ or more simply ‘sitting in the power’. Although related to meditative practices the technique behind this is guided by spirit and is often the stepping stone for many in their journey or unfoldment as spiritual beings.

I’ve been lucky to have had benefit of some fabulous teachers in psychic awareness and mediumship for over a decade and welcome you to join me to share this wonderful celebration of spirt.

Schedule:

6:45pm relaxed meet and greet 7:00pm prompt start - sitting on the power 8:00pm tea break 8:30pm second session and group share 9:30pm fond farewells
To be accessible and affordable as possible - the pay in advance fee is £5 and pay on the day £8 Your contribution towards keeping the group alive and helps to cover costs, organising team time & room hire etc. Voluntary contributions over and above this are warmly welcomed or you can choose to become a group sponsor.

Bring an open heart & mind and be prepared to make new friends. With that in mind I’d like to propose a slight name change to simply Travellers in Spirit.

The light, laughter and love will fulfil us all always.

Two free workshop places are up for grabs for volunteers with relevant event experience. What is required is a commitment for the whole evening (6pm-10pm approx), by helping out with activities and looking after members of the group. Please contact me by PM/email with your expression of interest.
