Our May 9th meeting was a great success! Thanks to everyone who attended and helped to set the agenda for this upcoming meetup.

One June 6th we'll be focusing in on building a basic Ruby on Rails application and starting a business. You can see these projects here:

Before the meetup, we'll be starting the courses on our own, and discussing our progress via the discussion forums here on meetup.com.

If you're interested in discussing other topics covered on Treehouse, feel free to start a discussion group and recruit some folks for another breakout group.  Our goal as group leaders is to offer a possible agenda, but not to dictate the agenda for the entire group.

When we meet on the 6th, we'll immediately break up into discussions groups, quickly introduce ourselves to each other, and then get right into discussing our Treehouse projects.

As always there will be Treehouse swag in the form of t-shirts, books, and stickers along with plenty of beer and food!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
