Memorial Day Weekend Grill & Chill BBQ @ Hugh Taylor Birch State Park

Hey Everybody.

This year we have rented a pavilion in Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and are kicking off the summer with a BBQ. As we have done in the past we ask that you bring food for the grill and drinks in coolers. This is a state park so the red cup rule will apply. In your RSVP please let us know what you are going to bring. WE will supply the ice, charcoal, cups, plates, napkins and utensils for the event. We are asking that everyone bring $5 to assist us in covering the cost of the pavilion and other essentials.

Our pavilion is about a 3 minute walk from the beach connection. There is a tunnel that attaches to the beach and we will also be setting up shop there as well so you can get your tan on. There is also a volleyball court behind the pavilion that is available for play.

We are expecting over 100 people so we ask that you RSVP responsibly. Bart is co-organizing this event with me.

The cost to enter the park is $6.00. The location of the park is just east of the Galleria Mall on Sunrise Blvd. The park has it's own traffic light. We are going to start setting up around 10:30am and be at the pavilion till 7pm. The beach access is open until 5pm. This is a "in-a-relationship" friendly event so don't be shy.

This event is only for Tri County Adventure people and not to be cross promoted or posted on any other sites. You must be a member of Tri County to join us. If you have friends that want to come just have them sign up. It's free.

Wrist bands will be in use in order to identify Tri County Members as there is another pavilion attached to ours.
