Come join us for for this energizing and fun introduction to group dance fitness classes! Cardio Barre invites adults of all ages and fitness levels to join our Beginner/Introduction level class, where we teach you all the basics so you can get the most out of your dance fitness classes.
The Beginner/Intro class covers:
- Basic moves and class positioning
- Leaned choreography basics so you can dance with fluidity
- Music tempo and counting so you can move to the beat
- How to be most comfortable while working out with adjustments
- Modifications for injury/illness
- Basic concepts in cardiovascular training
- How to use our workout routine to get great results

Why Group Dance Fitness?

We offer dance fitness classes aimed at helping everyone experience the benefits and joy of dance.
