Monday Night Training - Open to the Public

This is a standard practice for our members. As always we welcome observers to view our training or they are welcome to jump in and have some fun with us. Anyone under 18 must have a parent, guardian, or responsible adult sign a safety waiver.
Please be dressed to fight outdoors. Facilities will be available for use.
