Tri-State Imaging and Photography Society (TIPS)
TIPS plans on hosting a number of photography events and workshops. We love teaching, collaborating, and sharing information about photography and associated creative arts and businesses.
Who should join?
* Anyone interested in learning / improving their photography skills and meeting people with similar interest.
* Photographers of any skill level willing to collaborate, train, and shoot.
Generally this group will focus on SLR and Point-N-Shoot digital camera owners. Many workshops and techniques apply equally to film cameras as well.
This group is intended to teach, train, and work with others in areas of photography and photography business. Grapic artists, models, and other creative individuals are also welcome.
Workshops will include topic like;
* New camera owners - How tos and what's that
* Beginners guide to photography with DSLR
* Advanced topics in lighting and using DSLR
* Professional Photographer cooperative (Co-op)
* Simple & advanced portraiture
* Phtography as Art / Photographer as Artist
