** Link to secure volunteer spots: **

We will provide volunteers to help with the Yadkin Riverkeeper at the 2nd Annual Paddle-A-Thon, a participant based fundraising event. The Paddle-A-Thon works just like a walk-a-thon. The event will be held on Saturday, 6/22/13 from 9 AM to 8 PM at Tanglewood Park, in the Steeplechase Field, located at 4061 Clemmons Road in Clemmons, NC. Volunteers will be needed for two shifts: Shift #1 – 7:30 AM to 1 PM (2 people for parking, 4 people for re
gistration, and 4 people to help load boats). Shift #2 – 1 PM to 5 PM (3 people to help boats off the water and 2 people to help with after party set-up).

** Volunteers get: FREE t-shirt and a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME personalized tour by the Yadkin Riverkeeper (we’ll arrange a date as a group after the event). **

Per Amy (the coordinator for this event):
I just sent out an email via Volunteer Spot tonight with some details. If you do not receive the email - that means we don't have you assigned a position for the day. Let me know if you think you are signed up and you do NOT get the email at [masked] OR you can go and sign up as a floater to help during either shift via this link:
