Outstanding Young Leadership Scholarship Awards Reception

The time is quickly approaching for the Winston-Salem Jaycee Chamber to host the Outstanding Young Leaders Scholarship Awards (sometimes known as OYL)! This year, we are taking an entirely new approach to the event, by hosting an Awards Reception at Associated Artists on April 30, 2012. What makes it different, is that a variety of donated foods will be available from local restaurants and vendors, and the venue will be full of artistic expressions!

In order to provide scholarships, Jaycees are asked to pay $12.00 at the door, and Non-Jaycees are asked to pay $15.00 at the door. 98% of the proceeds from these door charges will provide the scholarships for Winston-Salem's finest high school seniors! Therefore, in order to provide multiple scholarships, we need everyone to come.

If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund, especially if you support education and leadership but cannot attend the event, please contact [masked]. Every donation will be deeply appreciated!

The Awards Reception will be hosted on April 30th at Associated Artists of Winston-Salem, on Fourth Street, Winston-Salem. The event will begin at 7:00, and the dress is business casual. All food will be donated from incredible downtown restaurants. Spring colors are welcome!!

You can donate money right here via PayPal if you like (the $1 is for the processing fee). Or if you see any Jaycee at an event you can donate to OYL (Outstanding Young Leaders) for the $12 or $15 entrance fee.
