Building a PhoneGap plugin

The Apache Cordova framework (also known as Adobe PhoneGap, formerly Nitobi) allows for development of native mobile apps across several different platforms, using a common HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3 application core. This meetup gives a quick overview on how the framework gives access to native device features (such as playing sound, accelerometer, taking pictures, GPS, SQL database, file system, and others). In the example of iOS and Android, it'll be shown how you write your own cross-platform plugin that executes native code respectively.
