We're a group of adults with ADD or ADHD (diagnosed or not) who stay in touch via our message board and twice-monthly meetings. We offer support, ADD info and fellowship (and we are NEVER dull or boring)! And now we have a quarterly meeting for spouses and partners of adults with ADHD!

Note to prospective new members: since this group focuses (or tries to focus!) on a condition that is often misunderstood or even dismissed as "an excuse," we have made this group "private." That is to protect your privacy - from employers, family, friends and anyone else who may have an "opinion" about ADHD.

This is NOT designed to discourage you from joining - trust me, if you want to join an ADHD group, you're automatically IN! Who else could actually ENJOY interruptions, flights of fancy, arriving late, forgetting to RSVP, etc.???

Just submit your name and I will approve your membership (assuming you aren't selling spamm-y things that guarantee bigger body parts or have an inheritance you want to share for a small fee).

When you join (absolutely FR^EE by the way) you'll have access to our messages, photos and files.

We now have two meetings - the second Tuesday AND the last Thursday of each month from 7-9 pm. BE THERE!
